Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As Fleet Compliance and Logistics Controller, you’ll be responsible for route efficiency and operational performance across several depots. Daily duties include optimising van and LGV schedules and ensuring full compliance with operational and safety standards. You’ll manage up to 10 drivers or 8 vehicles, closely monitoring on-time delivery, jobs per vehicle, and minimising vehicle off-road time. Addressing issues from drivers or customers quickly and briefing the driving team is also central to the role.
