This position operates on a continuous rolling rota (4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights on, 4 off), providing a consistent work pattern. Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

As a Team Leader, you will deliver industry-leading customer service, ensuring safety for staff and visitors. Responsibilities include depot patrols, acting as a visible security presence, monitoring CCTV, and tackling crime or poor practices.

You will liaise regularly with depot management, conduct searches as required, and respond quickly to incidents. Duties extend to supporting access and egress, handling gatehouse functions such as booking vehicles, and managing site security breaches.
